- All deposits are NON
refundable.
- Company is not liable in the event of mechanical
breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making
up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
- The client assumes full
financial liability for any damage to the limousine/vehicle caused
during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their
party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee
is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law.
Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right
to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on
the part of the client). It is Illegal to stand through the
sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this
is left to the discretion of the driver.
- Overtime pay will apply
after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run
sheet.
- Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter
caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e.. not salted, accidents, etc.).
- Not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
- Balances
to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the
run.
- Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Refund /
Cancellation Policy

Airport & Charters -
The full fare will be charged for cancellations if the passenger
fails to be at the designated pickup location. If for any reason you
cannot locate your chauffeur, call World Class Limousines at (615)
397-5281. To avoid being billed as a "no-show", do not leave your
location without contacting World Class Limousines. You must
contact us by phone.

Proms - All
prom reservations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. The
full fare + 20% will be charged, even if the service is not
completed at the request of the passenger.
Overtime
Policy

Any type of transfer, charter
or limousine rental using more time than reserved will result in the
client or paying party (whom has a credit card on file) will be
required to pay the necessary overtime charges.

Any overtime
charges must be paid at the completion of the trip with cash or will
be billed to your credit card within 24 hours of the completion of
the trip.

give us as strictly confidential. We do not sell lists or contact
information of any kind, or let other companies solicit you in any
way. We will never give out customer information to anyone without
the customer's expressed written consent. We understand your need
for a totally confidential service. Business customers can rely on
our total discretion to ensure that their commercial secrets remain
secure. We never disclose to any third party the identities of our
passengers. World Class Limousines will share our customer's
personal information with our affiliates and/or service providers if
reservation will be performed by them. However, in such cases, only
the information needed to complete the trip will be shared.
Whenever we use our affiliate to provide ground transportation, we
will require them to conform to our privacy standards and allow us
to audit them for compliance. We value our customer's privacy &
recognize the trust our customers place with us. World Class
Limousines is committed to protecting your personal data and adheres
to the highest ethical standards.

World Class Limousines collects
information from its customers to ensure that we can accurately
provide the transportation requested. We also collect personal data
to make the reservation process more efficient. World Class
Limousines saves personal data (i.e. name, addresses, phone numbers,
fax numbers, specific requests & credit card information).

Credit card information is not
shared. World Class Limousines may provide personal data to
authorities & law enforcement officials, in accordance with
applicable law.
